What do I need to rent a self-drive vehicle?

A valid driving licence for the vehicle class and a verified PayLo ID. Some partners also ask for a refundable deposit.

Is fuel included?

Usually not. The listing states the fuel policy and any free kilometres.

What happens if I return late?

Late returns are charged at the partner's listed hourly rate. Extend in the app before the return time to avoid this.

How is vehicle condition recorded?

PayLo Check photos are taken at handover and at return. Any damage question is settled against those photos, so both sides work from the same record.

Is there a platform fee?

No. RentPayLo charges no platform fee. You pay the partner's listed rent plus a refundable deposit, both shown before you pay.
