What can I rent by the day?
Cameras and creator gear, drones, projectors and audio, outdoor and camping gear, and musical instruments.
When does a one-day rental start and end?
The partner shows the pickup or delivery slot and return time on the listing. A day is usually counted as 24 hours from handover.
Is there a deposit for daily rentals?
Some partners take a refundable deposit, some don't. If there is one: Your refundable deposit comes back within 7 days of return, once the PayLo Check photos confirm the item's condition.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, if the item is free. Request an extension in the app before the return time.
Is there a platform fee?
No. RentPayLo charges no platform fee. You pay the partner's listed rent plus a refundable deposit, both shown before you pay.
